Setting on internet

I cannot get into certain sites. I get the refresh page
and says lan settings dont match. What can I do??

Try to go to tools<internet options<connections-LAN
settings-(make sure that the"Use automatic configuration
script" and "Use a proxy server..." and "Bypass proxy
server..." are all checked. Click on "advanced..." button.
on "HTTP", type in 10.3.1.75 and on "port", type in 8080.
