Setting mouse

I have a serial mouse 2.0A and every time i boot up my pc,
i have to do the mouse settings. It is a microsoft mouse
and im using win 98 se. I have looked to see if i need
drivers for it but i cant find any.
 
This newsgroup is for hardware issues in XP. Please repost in the correct
Windows 9x newsgroup.
