Setting monitor

when I drag active window it is a sort of expanding. In "Appearance" I only
have options "Show shadows under menus;Show window contents while dragging;
Hide underli..."
I had a problem with "NTLDR ..." but its fixed, but I have now this.
 
Click the title bar of the Window that you want to move, and then drag to a new location. You're probably resizing the Window (when you see the double-headed arrow cursor)

My explenetion wasn`t good. While I am draging active window a duplicate of
same window is folowing the draging window. I hope you understand me now
