setting media default

can someone tell me how to set windows media player as my media default, i
accidentally changed it to real player when i downloaded it.
 
Jim, for versions above 7 (8, 9 and 10) do this. Open WMP>Tools>Options>
File types tab>check the top 3>click Apply and OK.
