setting gateway on client pcs

currently have dhcp dishing out ips no problem
how do i set the gateway on the client pc ? - throo gpo ?

plus my problem from yesterday wont go away!

{
need to share the roaming profile directory so that admins can also admin
any profile (for backup purposes)
on win2k server you could just take ownership and there wouldbe no problems
in win2k3 as soon as you take ownership (as an admin) people can no longer
accesss their roaming profile with an access denied error
you cant share as user/admin with full permissions as you still get access
denied locally
anything i should know ?
}

also does not defined mean that the policy is in place ? ie is still needs
disabling or enabling but its on my default ?

cheers

The gateway can be set as part of the DHCP service.

If you start the DHCP console and then select Configure Options by
rightclicking on the Scope options of your IP scope you can define the
gateway as part of the DHCP lease by activation the Router option (the one
called 003 Router) and defining the gateway there :)
