Roaming Profile issue and GPO

I have win2000 AD , exchange 2000, and win 2000 front end clients. After
deleting the user roaming profile , I discovered that neither the home or the
user profile are deleted. Manual deletion of user profile (after taking
ownership) was not successful because of some sharing violation. Also, I am
trying to enable right click on the user desktop through GPO , but I am not
having any luck. Thanks for the help

For sharing violation, make sure no user is logging in to the specific
profile and no file is being opened, then delete the profile (you better
first rename the profile folder before delete).

For GPO, I don't quite understand. Right click is by default enabled. Pls
ask in GP newsgroup again with more details.

Hello Denis

I made sure no body is logging in to the specific profile and also renaming
does not allow me to delete that profile folder. I do not understand why when
an AD user accout is deleted the roaming profile as well as the home
directory are not deleted on the fly with the account . Thanks
