Roaming profile

When I delete some users from the domain, I am not able to delete their
profile from the right shared folder.
The user are configured for a roaming profile.

The message I get is: some other process is currently using the files.

Do you know if there is a way to delete user both the user shared and
profile shared.

There is a handle open on these files. You can use a handle program to try
and see what has a lock on it or reboot the server that hosts the profile.

Handle can be found using Computer Manager / Share Folders / Open Files -or-
sysinternals freeware http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Handle.html
