Setting Flags with Rules

I'd like to set colored flags using a rule for messages in my MSN inbox. I'm
using OL2003. I'm able to move messages to other folders just fine. Any ideas
what may be going on?

Try to answer back to the same thread as you are answering to. All your answers are started as a new thread and that is because it is very hard to follow with the CDO interface that you are using.
If you want to then set up OE as the newsreader and then it will be much easier for you as it would be for everyone else.
Unfortunately most if not all posters that you are answering to are not seeing your reply on account it is not placed to their post but rather to a new post .
If you know how to set up the OE newsreader then go ahead if not see the link below. The NNTP server name is
