Seting up permissions With w2000 and wxp

Can a windows 2000 professional machine share files with
a windows xp home edition computer and how. I have a Lan
and router connection to the net and all the machines are
connected. Thanks
 
Make sure all computers are in the same workgroup and that all useraccounts
exist on all computers. Got File- and printersharing loaded?
