Set up Remote Web Server

B

BKTPA

I maintain a web site for a client. They moved to a new server and I can no
longer access the remote web site, which is how I move files back and forth.

They provided me with a new password, but I am not even able to get that
far. I'm running Front Page 2003, but I suspect they have not enabled Front
Page extensions on the new server.

The error message I get says that it appears that the server may not have
Front Page server extensions installed.

Do you have any other thoughts on this? They don't feel that I'm correct
about the reason for this problem.

Ask them if the host provide the FP extensions and if so then they need to be activated, either by
them via Control Panel or the host.
