set up going from webmail to windows mail

cant get "windows mail" to send & receive-we have an web acct w/attyahoo-I
set up everything correct even chatted with att support & they double checked
settings-all good. and all the existing email in our acct showed up in our
"windows in box" but cant send or receive I get error 0x800CCC0F. AttYahoo
thought my firewall was blocking it but its letting it thru as far as i can
see - can anyone help THANK YOU

Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
