error message when setting up new windows mail account

I am struggling to set up my windows mail acct-My ISP is orange which usually
access thru webmail but trying to set up windows mail and the message comes
up:
"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk',
Server: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10057, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"
Any suggestions appreciated.

Yahoo accounts in the US require you to either pay extra or install YPOPs
before Windows Mail wil connect.
