error codes win mail

Hi, after changing my isp I have not been able to use windows mail, I am
with orange & have to use their webmail now. Have spent ages with their
customer services & reset account settings many times, to no avail, I've
never used a newsgroup before so not sure of the protocol, but here are the
error codes. I would be deeply grateful for any help.
Message number 1 could not be retrieved. Account: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk',
Server: 'pop.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

Also Error 0x800CCC19

So why did you feel it unnecessary to also post the other error message in
full?

My guess is that you are still trying to connect using your previous ISP
connection?

Go to tools>accounts>select each account in turn, if more than
one>properties>connection tab, remove the check mark from "always connect
using", WM will then use any available connection.

Please reply with all unedited error messages included, if any.
