set up a limited access web page

I want to offer a service online that would require granting users access for
a limited period of time then easily being able to cut off access. Any
suggestions?

Hmm. Have you tried user id, pwd and pwd exiration. Your pages require
sign in. If pwd expires, no sign in allowed.
