Set the default email in IE7 to different programs for different u

Simply, can I do this? If so how?
Currently if I go to IE7 -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs tab, and
set the email program to use Outlook Express for example, this overwrites the
same setting if I then log is as a different user (for which I want to use
Outlook).
