Set rule to make a link to email in inbox

I have several rules set up to move emails to specified folders. The problem
is that it makes 2 copies, 1 in Inbox and 1 in the specified folder. I added
the "delete it" option but then that removes it from the Inbox where it's
more likely to be passed up and makes just a little more work. I would like
the rule to:

Move email to folder
make a link or something in Inbox

I would also like the inbox one to delete it when I delete it from the
folder or vice versa. Link of like Gmail's implementation.

Also, how can I set the color rules. The only way I know right know is
through the organize option.
