Set Programs Access and Defaults Problem

After a recent bout with the dreaded Begin2Search
toolbar, I have found my "Set program access and
Defaults" doesn't work anymore? Any ideas out there?
Thanks!
 
Uninstall it from control panel/add remove programs/uninstall/then go there
