Set ing up a recurring task

I am trying to set up a recurring task. I created a test Task first. The MS
Outlook help say that the owner of the task can change it to a recurring task
by doing the following-

1. Open the task you want to change to a recurring task.
2. On the Actions menu, click Recurrence.

But the recurrence Tab is greyed out? any ideas

Is there a recurrence button on the toolbar within the Task? Make a new one
and have a look.
