Set as Desktop Item

When I clicked on the folder icon for one of my mail folders and chose "Set
as Desktop Item" from the drop down menu, my desktop changed completely. It
was dark blue, all the icons were dark and the words underneath the icons
were "boxed" in dark blue. I was trying to Save the folder to desktop and
obviously "Set as Desktop Item" is completely different. How do I get my
desktop back to "normal"?

Hi,

Undo the web item. Right click the desktop, choose properties, then go to
the desktop tab. Click customize and on the web tab uncheck the option for
that folder.
