Is there any way to report a sessions' connection condition in TS??

Our situation is, we have several clients that connect to our servers
over the Internet and on more than one occasion, there has been many
disconnects and sometimes printing has been very slow.

Usually, I know this is related to the "last mile" - the clients
bandwidth or the like. But my question is, is there a way to diagnose
this?

Usually, we sit around and scratch our heads for awhile, then the
client gets back to us latter that day to inform us that their
Internet connection was having some issues. - This is not the best way
for us to diagnose a problem.

It would be nice to have a tool or method for us to diagnose this
condition on the spot.

Can anyone offer any suggections???

Enable the SNMP services on your TS, and try using Cacti (http://www.raxnet.net/products/cacti/) it's FREE...
