Services Management Controller

I just removed a winxp pro sp2 system from a windows 2003 domain and when I
log onto it as an administrative user, a box comes up explaining the services
management controller will be shut down in 60 seconds. It then proceeds to
countdown to zero and then reboot the computer automatically. Is this a know
problem with a know fix?

Thank you.

Hi,

It is because the network administrator has put a restriction on the network
to prevent espionage and outside attacks. so when you try to log in locally
that means bypassing the security and hence this warning and shut down.
