I have a 3 month old Dell Windows XP pro desktop running the standard
software along with Microsoft Outlook Business Contact Manager and the latest
version of Act 2005. When start or restarting the desktop it loads extremely
slow, when I immediately pop into the the system services I can see a large
number of services not start, 10 seconds later I refresh the services windows
and they'll all have completed. I have the following log in the event viewer.
Where should I start to isolate what's hanging this system?
