SERVICES.EXE Application error.

Hello everyone.
I've a big problem with my xpe image (service pack 1)

I turn on my target device, I start my application and after about 1
hour it appears seguent error:

SERVICES.EXE Application error.
The instruction at "0x0040121d" referenced at "0x0040a000". The memory
could not be read.

I push ok button and services.exe restart automatically.
Thenafter 1 hour too the problem appears again.

Could anyone help me?

This is not enough information you have provided about the issue.

Some areas for you to look at in order to investigate the problem:
- at run time open up Device manager to see if all the drivers got installed and working properly there
- analyze FBALog.txt and SetupApi.log files on your device to see if any errors occurred during FBA phases
- open Services UI at run time and try to stop some services there. See if the error happens again.
- check out Error log
- run tools like Filemon and Regmon to monitor the problem
