how to sort out the error the memory could not be read

I am getting the error of the kind

services.exe - Application Error

the instruction at address referenced memory at 0X000000000 the memory could
not be "read".
click OK to terminate the program
CLick cancel to debug the program

How to sort out this error?

My system frequently hangs
