Everytime I boot up my computer it goes directly to my wallpaper and this
message appears-- Services.exe- Bad Image
The application or dll c:\windows\system32\oleaut32.dll is
not a
valid windows image. Please check this against your
installation
diskette.
Can anyone tell me why my windows is coming up with this error and how I can
fix it so my desktop is completely functional again?

Try Start, Run, type "sfc /scannow" without
quotes and hit Enter.
