service tweaking

has anyone put together a list of services that are useless or not practical,
im looking for a good way to speed up rc1 a little bit but love the aero
interface so i dont want to sacrifice visual effects. Any performance tweaks
or recomendations are appreciated

Well as service configuration is solely dependent upon how the system is used
it's rather a waste of time giving you say a stand alone home use
configuration when you are networked and playing games. The best bet is to do
as we all do and that's study each service and decide for yourself if it's
needed. TTFN.
