Service packs

Please help I have downloaded service pack one and this
took forever, I have another machine identical to the one
I am on that is not connected to the internet, I would
like to put the service pack on the other machine copying
it from the one that has already been installed does
anyone know how to do this

You should have downloaded it using Windows Update Catalog, then you
could have saved it to CD.....
 
it did not give me the option and it took 125 mins on my
horrible connection so I don't really want to do it again
any ideas

In regards to the service pack, what version did you
download? did you download the service pack using the net
installer, aka, the very small download, you then ran the
file and it downloaded more, or did you download teh 130MB
EXE file?

Assuming that you've downloaded the file xpsp1_en_x86.exe, just
put it on a CD, take that CD to the second computer, and
double-click on that exe file there.
