My automatic MS download program keeps asking me if I wish to install SP2. I
answer yes and download and install start okay. About 1/2 way through install
I get a beep and a message "access denied".I then have only a choice to
uninstall SP2 and return to my old set-up. I am logged on as administrator.

What is wrong here?
