service pack2 Win XP professional

I downloaded and installed Service Pack2, now I am
constantly getting runtime errors and the system is
running slow waiting for pages to load.

Searched help but cannot find a fix on Knowledge Base to
sort this annoying "Runtime Error" out.
Any help please.

Launch Internet Explorer and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced, then place a check
next to "Disable script debugging in Internet Explorer"
and uncheck "Display a notification about every script error",
then click "Apply".
