I am trying to install the SP1 on a Win Xp machine and the
Blaster Worm patch as well but everytime I get ready to
install it the dialog box dissappears. It also happens
when i go to msconfig. the dialog box will pop up then
dissapear. Any suggestions?

You probably have a virus and/or spyware.
