service pack 4

hi all-
i downloaded service pack 4 for win2kpro. when i try to
run software that needs the service pack 4(ipod)it wont
install because it is telling me it needs service pack 4
to work. what am i doing wrong. please help.

You've downloaded it but have you installed it ? To make sure, right click
my computer and goto properties. It should tell you what OS is currently
installed including the service pack
