service pack 3...help

I need to uninstall. It's in add/remove, but has not install date or size.
I click remove and it can find it, yet it tells me it is not uninstalled.

I have followed directions from Microsoft and done all but system restore
and don't want to do that. Please help. It's freezing everything, because
it never installed correctly and I do not want it at all at this point.
