When one right clicks an icon on his desktop, a taskbar
would appear with the following task such
as "Open", "Properties" etc. However, after I installed
the Service Pack 2, I right-clicked an icon(be it on the
desktop or in folders), the taskbar did not appear. In
fact, the computer will be hanged and would auto refresh
itself after about a minute or so. The moment the
computer was hanged, I opened the task manager and I
noticed a process called 'drwtsn32'. When I ended that
process, my computer will refresh itself faster from the
hang instead of me waiting for the auto one.
Also, I tried to restore my computer to an earlier date
before I installed the service pack 2 but to no avail.
Can I please have a solution to it?
