Service pack 2

I have installed Service Pack 2 and two things happened
that i rather dislike 1.My boot up time is significantly
longer 2. even when i tell it not to alert me it still
alerts that i have the firewall disabled so is there a
fix for these problems or should i uninstall Service Pack
2

Did you do a clean up and defrag after installing SP2?

Hi,

After 2-3 days the windows prefetct will take over and
you will see your boot times decrease dramatically.

Hasn't happened here and I've had it installed on 5 systems since the first
day it went RTM

If you do some research you will find that the nagging about the
firewall can be turned off.
