I HAVE INSTALLED WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 2 ON MY WIN- XP PROFESSIONAL EDITION
2002. AFTER I INSTALLED IT ALL MY SOUND FILES AS WELL AS AUDIO FILES HAVE
BECOME CORRUPT. PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM.

Check that your sound drivers are the latest, if not download from
manufacturer's site - save to a folder. Uninstall your current drivers then
install the new ones.
