Service Pack 2/ Language Packs

Every time I go to View/Encoding and try to pick a language pack to download,
it says I need to insert my Service Pack 2 CD. And, normally this would be
fine, except somewhere in moving recently, I've lost the disc. I've tried
many times on google to get the language packs some other way, but it just
isn't happening so far. I also went on Microsoft's site to try and find a way
to download the language packs (you'd think they'd have this stuff for people
who have a habit of losing discs) but that didn't work either.

Can anyone suggest a plan of action? Trying to read Korean is very
frustrating.
