There are some confusing requirements on SP2. I am in a school with some
new units with sp1, some with standard install and i have an XP install disk
with no need to call Microsoft for a license. I have more than enough for
the whole school, 100 units. I just locked up to units upgrading to sp2
from sp1. Iy forced me to reinstall the system. We are going back to sp1
without understanding what gives. Is sp2 in different installs? charlie

Uhm, judging from your posting address, delasallecenter.org, I deduce that
you're in the United States of America. I guess english isn't your primary
language, huh?

Anyway, if you're talking about Windows 2000 then you should be installing
SP4.
If you're NOT talking about Windows 2000, then you're in the wrong
newsgroup.

I laugh because having the stroke on June 27th i have had to learn the
english again and it is imperfect... I am in the second day back at work so
forgive me. When i was before in June i didn't know there was an XP board.
I searched for it and didn't find it either. Where do i go from here?
Thanks, charlie
