Service Pack 1- Pc will no longer boot

I downloaded the service pack 1 for windows XP on my other computer. After install, I turned off the computer. Now when I try to cut it on, it seems to start to load windows and then, it restarts itself.....over and over again. I tried starting in safe mode, and starting using the option "use last configuation that worked" and it still doesn't get to my desktop, only restarts itself. Please Help me!
 
Perform a Repair Installation:
