service pack 1 access denied

Why do I keep getting this message when I try to install
service pack 1? Administrator does have full control on
my computer. I am set up as the administrator and user
on my computer...both with full control.
 
Possibly because your Windows XP operating system is a
pirated copy. Microsoft does not allow Service Pack l to
be installed on illegitimate copies of their operating
system.
