Service Hang REport

Having a problem with Nero 8 ultra ..... The movie maker freezes and Vista
gives me this report Service Admin Works Agent x8 hung on Starting... but it
does not send the report and it tells me th location of this file Appdata
Temp WER9707.tmp
and in that file ........minidump and Version
