Another Vista shutdown problem

I have been trying to sort this problem for a couple of days and am getting
nowhere.
When I try to shutdown the process starts then hangs with just the "Shutting
Down" logo and spinning wheel. After a considerable length of time I get the
blue screen crash and the computer restarts.
I have searched the forums and thought I had the answer when someone solved
the same problem by disabling the I.E 7 add ons. This doesn't work for me.
The report after the blue screen states;

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 84852700
BCP3: 869023D0
BCP4: 88174008
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini010508-03.dmp
C:\Users\Alan\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-86046-0.sysdata.xml
C:\Users\Alan\AppData\Local\Temp\WERA0EE.tmp.version.txt

Can anyone please tell me what this means.

Thank You.

I finally sorted this by going to a restore point that I had from before I
had downloaded and tried "Windows Live OneCare trial"
The only problem after that was getting my wireless router working again
because some of the settings in that seemed to get altered.
But all up and running OK now.
