HELP !!!! Dreaded Blue Screen Strikes Again

I Purchased and installed Vista Ultimate 64bit Friday, Since that glorious
moment, my computer continually BLUE SCREENS.. (below please find the
reported problem codes)… Is there anyone out there who can decipher these
codes and inform me of what’s going on with my computer. My specs are as
follows:
- Intel Pentium D 3.4 Dual Core 945
- GigaByte GA-965P-DS3 MotherBoard
- 2 x 1024mb Crucial DDR2 PC5300 Ram
- Asus ATI X1600 512mb PCI-Express Graphics Card
- 2 x 400gig Maxtor SATA HardDrives
- 500 watt Power Supply

Since each BSOD shows the same files, they seem to be your source of
your problem.

I would try to get more details on the last two files, you don't say
what you were doing when this happens or what application or anything
to give anybody a clue.

Locate the two files (one is a text file) and give specific details
and maybe somebody can give a more informed guess.

Have you done a crash dump analysis on the minidump to determine the exact
driver that is the problem.

Sysinternals had a web cast on how to do it. It worked every time I tried it.
