You would need to contact your ISP and they can tell you. It's usually ISP
specific.

Most common are : mail.ISPNAME.com for incoming and smtp.ISPNAME.com for
outgoing. (or pop3.ISPNAME.com for incoming)

How do I find out who the incoming and outgoing servers are? I can't set up
Windows Mail without this info. I am NOT computer literate.

Dave, your incoming and outgoing servers are obtained from your internet
service provider (ISP) who will be somebody like BT, Talk Talk, Orange, AOL,
etc, whoever provides your internet.

You can phone them up to get this info or you can try and guess. My
broadband provider is Talk Talk and mt settings are:

Incoming Mail (POP3): pop3.talktalk.net
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.talktalk.net

When I was with BT my settings were something like:

Incoming Mail (POP3): pop3.btopenworld.net
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): smtp.btopenworld.net

So you may be able to work out your own settings.

Also, you will need your email username and password to access email.
