Server4PC.exe

In TaskManager I noticed I have Server4PC.exe running as a process.
My computer is not setup as a server.
Why do I have that process running?
Does it mean my computer runs as a server without me knowing that?
What starts that and how can I stop that?
 
According to google;
Used for initializing Technisat SkyStar2 DVB PCI Card. Must be enabled when
using SkyStar2 features (receiving data stream from satelite, watching
TV-SAT). http://www.technisat.com
