Server Tools

I have a site currently and the host has installed the FP 2002 server
extensions. I am having trouble as I cannot access the site reports
features.

When I also go to the Tools bar, the server option is grayed out so I cannot
do anything there either. What's wrong here?

Have I configured my web page wrong to begin with. Also, I have access the
server extension config. pages but don't know what I can do to fix the
problem with the site reports issues.

I would appreciate your help on this one.

By the way, my site is hosted on an Apache server. Does this make a
difference?

Your site is on an apache server running unix.
Your FP server options will not work.
If your host provides CPanel that is your interface
with the server.
