Server threw an exception error message.

When I try to install a program I get server threw an exception error message
and installation stops. How can I fix this? Thanks

Nope. Im connected with a cable modem. Home PC. I cant figure out what the
message means by server threw an exception. The program shouldve loaded
right into my hard drive.
