Kurt

Hello,

I really hope someone can help me...
On some websites, when a pop-up window should appear,
the only thing I get is a blank window and the following notice:

A runtime error has occured.
Do you wish to debug?
Line: xxx
Error: The server threw an exception

What could be wrong?
Using WinXP Pro and IE6
JVM 3810

Txs

Error: The server threw an exception

Hi Kurt,

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check box
in the Browsing section.
Uncheck Display a notification about every script error setting is displayed
instead.
Click OK, and then restart Windows.

If the script error occurs on all pages, refresh your scripting engine:

Do you have a "Pop-up blocker" program installed? If so, that's the
problem.
