Get the machine fully patched at Windows Update then try again.

I do NOT recommend installing IE7 via Windows Update.

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

1. You might want to refresh your scripting engine:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...43-7E4B-4622-86EB-95A22B832CAA&displaylang=en

2. Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

2a. Start | Run | Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. Start | Run | Regsvr32 jscript.dll

3. Re-register all DLLs listed in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

5a. IE Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Browsing>Enable third-party browser
extensions (uncheck & reboot).

5b. Find the hijacker that caused 5a to be checked (or if none were checked,
check for hijackware anyway):

Although my PC were fully patched and nothing has fix my problem -- wasted several hours putting all
those securities junks BUT I loved your complete suggestions and tried only No. 5a (as most provable)
and even without rebooting my IE6 did function well and no more Script pop up Error. My Opera browser
continued to works the same with no problem.

Thank you very much Frank! For you're the smartest MVP. Others should follow your style of advising.

Clean out your add-ons and then recheck the box. One of them is blocking
scripts.

I don't understand all the above -- Where to find add-on?

I didn't do all the above as it is already done -- my old selected choices.
I added No. 5a only.

Which one? My OE read all I sent out to NG and nothing were blocked. What are
you viewing -- this text or HTML copy? My IE6 is OK now -- should I worry more?

If you turned off "Enable third-party browser extensions" and then things
worked properly, then you either have an add-on blocking scripts or one that
contains a bad script. This add-on was turned off by your unchecking that
option. Find which it was and delete it. Asking me which one is
ridiculous. I am not psychic and I will not try to interpret your
HijackThis log.
