Server Restarts

When starting a specific client session (only one user is
affected) the terminal server restarts unexpectedly.
This problem only occurs when our software attempts to
load a second wintdyx.exe. Can anyone suggest why this
user account causes the server to restart (have already
tried deleting the account and recreating it)
