Server question...

I have a server that keeps dropping it's name on the network. I.E. I can ping it sometimes and get a reply, then all of a sudden I can't ping it by it's name any more, however I can ping it by IP address. It isn't happening on any other server, so I'm thinking the DNS is fine.

Did you check the event log to see if anything is happening on the
server side?
